Items that are damaged, used, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error may not be accepted.
Custom or special-order items are non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Clear photos or videos (if the item is damaged or defective)
Once your return is approved, we will provide the return address and instructions.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong item.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.
